STAGE MUSIC - PERFORMING ARTS

For the past thirty years, I have composed the music for about fifty shows (theater, choreography, opera), the soundtracks for about fifteen films (cinema, documentaries, animated films), TV soundtracks as well as the sound design for several cartoons. Originally from France, I currently live on the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland. I work in Switzerland and on several continents.

Association for arts and sciences, founded in 2019

In 2022, I am President of this Swiss association which supports artistic and scientific creation and the transmission of knowledge. The mix of skills, ages and the crossed views of its members are put at the service of the projects supported by the association, at a rate of one to three projects per year. The association currently welcomes different artistic fields, such as: photography, music, visual arts, multimedia, web series and animation.

During 8 years, together with Stéphane Kirscher, Louis Crelier and Marc Racordon, I collaborated to the foundation of the European Composers and Soundwriters Alliance - ECSA, gathering all the associations of composers in Europe and allowing the setting up of a full time secretariat at the European Commission in Brussels. I also defended the copyright and the place of film music composers at the Federal Office of Culture as well as in the main film festivals in Switzerland and Europe. I also contributed to the setting up of the film music prize within the framework of the Swiss Film Prize.
