PLOT

Somewhere in the future, not far away, a terrible epidemic caused by agriculture has ravaged the earth. Governments have decided to take control of food, which is now distributed in pill form.

Food is also in the hands of the big multi-nationals who have found a way to get rich. These companies and the state monitor the citizens with helicopters and firewalls. It is absolutely forbidden to plant anything in the ground!

Three poor bastards live in a shack, lost in the middle of what used to be a workers' garden. Here, it seems that they are not quite respectful of the new laws...

INFO

A play written and performed for the first time in 1995 by the Kygel Théâtre team, all former students of the Lecoq clown school.

This was the very first meeting between the director, Giacomo Ravicchio and the composer Jérôme Baur. A great friendship was born and more than twenty years of collaboration followed, which still lasts today!

Dérapage, la maison de M. Maurice was a visionary show because in 1995, Michael Moore had not yet made public the scandals of the cereal farmers and seed geneticists!
